Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2016 is the server version of Windows 10 created by Microsoft in 2016.
Windows Server 2016 brings several new features, including :
- Windows Defender (Windows Server Antimalware) : An antivirus / antimalware installed and activated by default in the background, although it's not visible from the GUI.
Indeed, the Windows Defender GUI is optional and available as a feature on Windows Server 2016. - the addition of support for OpenGL 4.4 and OpenCL 1.1 for Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- the appearance of the "MultiPoint Services" role which succeeds to the "Windows MultiPoint Server 2012" solution of Microsoft
- the update of the IIS (Internet Information Services) web server to version 10.0
