  • SmartRAID 3100 (high end)

Thanks to the "SmartRAID 3100" range (high end), you will benefit from :

  • RAID levels 0, 1 (ADM), 5, 6, 10 (ADM), 50 and 60
  • maxCache allowing one or more SSDs to be used as a cache for a RAID logical drive. This allows even faster access to frequently used files.
  • modes supported :
    • RAID : create logical RAID disks
    • HBA : use physical disks directly
    • Mixed : use some physical disks in RAID mode and others in HBA mode on the same controller.
  • a write cache protection thanks to an ASCM (Adaptec Flash Backup Module) battery
  • a speed of up to 12 Gbps (SAS) or 6 Gbps (SATA)
