VMware Remote Console (VMRC) is a free program that allows you to access the console of your virtual machines from a VMware ESXi (vSphere) hypervisor or a VMware vCenter Server.

When VMware Workstation Pro is not available on your computer, VMware Remote Console (VMRC) is a good alternative since the majority of options are available in both cases. In addition, you will find exactly the same options under the same name.
Except that VMware Remote Console is available in many languages, including English, unlike VMware Workstation Pro which is only available in English.

You can therefore easily manage the virtual hardware of your virtual machines from VMware Remote Console (as you would with VMware Workstation Pro).
